For an outdoor Halloween get together, I made these delightful brownie bites that were a perfect combination of sweet and scary. Not only that, they were incredibly easy to make and could have been even easier if I purchased store-bought brownies.
All you need to put these yummy ghosts together are:
To assemble the Ghost Brownie:

Cut brownies into small bite-sized squares

Place one marshmallow on each brownie square

Microwave the tub of white frosting until it’s a smooth creamy texture and then spoon over each marshmallow brownie bite

Let icing cool and set

Create eyes and mouths with the black decorating gel
Tip: I used a cupcake/muffin tin to keep the brownie bites separate and to catch extra icing
